Who we are
AMATECH is a UK-based broadband service currently in pre-launch registration phase.
What we collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number and installation postcode when you voluntarily submit them through our signup form.
Why we collect it
We use your details to register your interest, assess service availability in your area, and contact you with updates about launch timing and pricing.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in building a customer waitlist ahead of service launch under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
How long we keep it
We keep your details until service becomes available in your area and you either sign up or ask us to delete your details, or for a maximum of 24 months from submission, whichever is sooner.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third-party marketers. Your details may be shared with our wholesale network partner only once you become a paying customer, to arrange installation.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your request at any time by emailing info@amatech.uk.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you believe we have mishandled your data.
